The business of strength and conditioning is a up and coming industry with athletes wanting push further and get more out of there training. With a background in Team sports, combat sports and being injured i have been in most athletes shoes and pride myself on being a evidence based practitioner mixing scientific evidence and experience to maximize the training experience. Utilising Olympic weightlifting power lifting and plyometrics and their derivatives to express force and power while maintaining tissue and joint health to maximize performance.
